ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company MAUPERIER (hereinafter "the Organizer"), SAS with capital of €10,000.00, whose registered office is located at 1, Mauperier Sud, 33350 Les Salles de Castillon, registered under SIRET number 92163148700011, is organizing a commercial operation with a draw, reserved for its professional wine merchant and CHR customers.

ARTICLE 2 - DURATION AND DATES

The campaign runs from 12:01 AM on September 1, 2025, to 11:59 PM on November 30, 2025. The draw will take place on December 15, 2025.

ARTICLE 3 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This operation is exclusively reserved for professionals (Wine Merchants, Wholesalers and CHR):

• Having a valid SIRET number
• Having an active customer account with MAUPERIER
• Located in metropolitan France
• Up to date with their regulations

Excluded: MAUPERIER employees and members of their immediate family.

ARTICLE 4 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate, the professional must:

• Order at least 120 bottles of MAUPERIER wines (all references combined) over a calendar month
• Each monthly order of at least 120 bottles entitles you to one entry into the draw.
• A single participant can accumulate up to 3 participations (1 per month: September, October, November)
• Orders must be validated and confirmed by MAUPERIER

ARTICLE 5 - ENDOWMENTS

3 identical lots are up for grabs, with a unit commercial value of €1,500 excluding VAT, each including:

• Welcome on Saturday from 2 p.m.
• Private tour and tasting of the complete MAUPERIER range
• Gastronomic workshop on Saturday with Francisco Costa, Honorary Chef of MAUPERIER
• Dinner with Ana & Thierry.
• 1 night's accommodation in MAUPERIER for 2 people from Saturday to Sunday
• Breakfast the next day
• Privileged route in a classic car between Castillon and Saint-Émilion

Terms of Use:

• Valid for a weekend between January and April 2026 (dates to be agreed upon subject to availability)
• Transport to the estate not included
• Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable
• Reservation required at least 3 weeks in advance

ARTICLE 6 - DRAWING

• The draw will take place on December 15, 2025 at the MAUPERIER headquarters
• It will be carried out randomly among all valid participations.
• A participant can only win one prize even if he has several participations
• The print will be filmed and carried out in the presence of witnesses

ARTICLE 7 - INFORMATION OF WINNERS

Winners will be notified by email and telephone within 5 business days of the draw. They will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize within 15 days.

ARTICLE 8 - PERSONAL DATA

The data collected is necessary for the management of the operation. In accordance with the GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to: contact@mauperier.com

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the operation in the event of force majeure. It cannot be held liable for this.

ARTICLE 10 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS

ARTICLE 11 - DISPUTES

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Libourne.
