Corporate away days and events in an organic vineyard near Bordeaux
The blending workshop
Two hours, and everyone leaves with a wine that exists nowhere else.
Starting from the same base wines, each participant creates their own cuvée. They taste, they measure, they start again, they decide, on their own. Nobody chooses for them, and there is no right answer. At the end, twenty people, twenty different wines: it is that moment of comparison that says the most about a team.
Ana runs the workshop. A banker for twenty-two years, then a florist, before becoming a vigneronne: she knows how to guide people who know nothing about wine, and put them at ease.
Everyone leaves with their bottle, labelled in their name.
Three more reasons not to book a hotel room
Three formats, and everything else made to measure
≈ 4 hrs · 10 to 40 people · our most requested format
- Welcome coffee and introduction to the estate
- Tour of the cellar and the vines (45 min)
- Blending workshop (2 hrs): each guest creates their cuvée and leaves with their labelled bottle
- Lunch prepared by our caterer, at the long table under the oaks or under the marquee if it rains
Full day · 10 to 40 people
A working morning under the marquee: wifi, screen, tables and chairs set up meeting-style. Lunch. In the afternoon, tour, blending workshop and tasting. The marquee turns back into a meeting room whenever you need it.
End of day · up to 70 people
A guided tasting of our cuvées, then a standing dinner among the vines. The short format, for when you cannot set aside a whole day.
Exclusive use of the estate
AGM, board offsite, client event, product launch. Bring your own caterer if you prefer, and we adapt the rest.
What we have, in figures
We will be straight with you: there is no permanent conference room here (not yet), and no château. There is a marquee, vines, a cellar, a long table under the oaks, a pétanque court, hammocks, and everything you need to work. That is exactly what makes the difference in tone with a conventional offsite, but you may as well know before you come.

MAUPERIER
They have already been
- ALSTOR Menuiseries: 20 people, blending workshop and lunch under the oaks. The half-day format was built with them.
- TECAP: an AGM followed by a standing dinner with live music.
- A national insurer, Bordeaux branch: tasting evening and standing dinner.
- The works council of a digital services group : a wine order for its employees.
"I wanted an experience my teams had never had, and a moment they would remember for life. That is exactly what I got. Everyone blended their own wine in the cellar, we had lunch under the trees, played pétanque, and nobody looked at their watch. Twenty people, and nothing to organise on our side: we arrived and let ourselves be carried along. They are still talking about it."
