Delivery areas

We ship to mainland France, Corsica included, and to mainland Spain, islands excluded.

Preparation

Your bottles are prepared and dispatched from the estate or from one of our logistics partners, depending on the order. Allow one working day between the confirmation of your order and the handover of the parcel to the carrier.

Delivery times

From the handover to the carrier:

France: 1 to 3 working days
Spain: 3 to 5 working days

These are the times usually observed. They are not guaranteed and may be longer during busy periods or if the carrier runs into a problem.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before you confirm.

We do not offer permanent free shipping. Some one-off promotions include free shipping: they are announced explicitly when they do.

Receiving your parcel

Selling alcohol to minors is prohibited. By placing an order, you declare that you are 18 or over.

We recommend checking the condition of the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is damaged, point it out to the driver and take a photo before opening it.

Breakage, loss or error

If a bottle arrives broken, a parcel is lost or there is an error in your order, the procedure is set out in our refund policy. Contact us as soon as you receive the parcel, we will find a solution.
